Spirit Gymnastics provides instruction for all gymnasts. Our talented
coaching staff and state of the art equipment provides an environment
for fun and learning. Spirit offers a variety of instruction, including early development, recreational, high school, and USAG competition.
Spirit Gymnastics is located in the Midway Area of St. Paul, on the
campus of Hamline University. Spirit Gymnastics owner, Doug Byrnes
is also the head coach for the Hamline Women’s gymnastics team.
The club’s coaches are current and former Hamline gymnasts.
